My multi-faceted art practice explores the interconnectedness of life through the lens of Earth’s natural cycles, personal rhythms, deep ecology, expressions of daily life experiences, and mental health themes. My work spans various techniques and disciplines: from land art and installations using found objects, sand or mud, to watercolours, mixed media, assemblage, digital and textile art.
My intuitive, process-based approach also often leads to performative actions in diverse spaces, driven by a deep respect for the sacredness and interconnectedness of all life. Key inspirations include ecology, biodiversity, natural cycles, and our place within the web of life and the cosmos, reflecting a personal journey of spiritual, well-being and ecological understanding. I can generally be found working just as much in the outdoors than in the studio.

As and artist whose work relate to the environment, I was invited to contribute to art residencies by Site_Specific, the Karoo Geoglyph Project, the Global Nomadic Art Project, Tankwa Artscape, Thupelo, and OPENLab. My art is included in corporate and private art collections, including PriceWaterHouseCoopers, PPS Investments, Optima Training, Heyns & Partners Inc, and I created the artwork for the Sandown MyCiti bus station in Cape Town. I offer workshops and creative coaching with the aim of helping to unearth and develop people’s inherent creativity.
